You will be presented with a series of questions about your child's behavior. Answer each question to the best of your ability. If you are not entirely sure on a question, that's okay, just give it your best guess.
At the end of the questionnaire, we'll show you your results and give a short explanation of what the calculated score means.
Just to reiterate, the autism screening tool is for informational purposes only and is not a medical diagnosis. However, based on your answers, we will suggest a few different actions. If necessary, we may suggest bringing the results to your pediatrician for a more in-depth conversation. After speaking with your doctor, if your child is diagnosed with autism, we are here for you.
